Helen Kavanagh Berglund is an experienced leader and manager within complex organisations at the local, national and international level. Helen has initiated and managed large-scale change projects and has delivered results for key stakeholders.

"Dara" means oak in Irish and, since ancient times, has symbolised strength, courage, protection and wisdom. In the modern world, the oak also stands for sustainable growth in harmony between people and the environment. Helen comes originally from Cill Dara in Ireland.

Our clients are companies, public sector organisations and civil society.  We have framework agreements with several Swedish public sector organisations for leadership support, coaching and advisory services.
